13 in 13 Update

Well, as most of you know, I committed to the 13 in 13 challenge in the end of December, and I’m pretty determined to complete it. Starting it is a must too, so let’s work on that.

  1. What kinds of books do you like? I know a ton of dystopian fiction books that are awesome if you’re into that kind of thing, like Hunger Games. There’s The Maze Runner, Unwind, and Divergent. All of these books are really good and part of a trilogy.

Another book in a totally different genre that people really love is A Child Called It, which is about a man who was abused – A lot of high school students read this one and love it. I read it years ago and couldn’t put it down.

    1. I read and loved Unwind. I think I may read the Perks of being a Wallflower,A Child Called it… I’ve never heard of it, but will definitely look into it. I enjoy fiction. I loved Catcher in the Rye and Brave New World. I never read the Harry Potter books (I have up after book four)… they were so long, as with twilight, Everyone read the Hunger Games which I think is why I didn’t want to read them but I may. Thanks!

      1. If you liked Unwind then you’ll probably enjoy The Maze Runner series. Hunger games is worth a read for sure. Yes it has been hyped up but so was Harry Potter. I resisted with all my heart and then, one day, I was bored so I read the first book and couldn’t stop. I can’t say the same for Twilight. I enjoyed the series but wouldn’t recommend it because it is kind of weak.

  2. Sounds like you’re on track!

books, I need to read books too!

So with your inspiration, I’ll spend the morning cleaning out one room (one of my March 13 in 13 goals) and the afternoon with my nose in a book
